Nassimi Realty acquired the 115,000 Sq. Ft. center from Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Fund III for an undisclosed price. The Center is currently 77% leased and anchored by Weis, Dollar General & Napa Auto Parts. The center is long a convenient off-campus shopping destination for Kutztown University students and neighbors on the northeast side of Kutztown, PA. Commenting on the acquisition, Nassimi Realty president, Mike Nassimi said, "We are pleased to acquire this stable grocery anchored center in the greater Philadelphia market."
