It is with great pleasure that Nassimi Realty announces the renovation of the Wal-Mart store at Cedarbrook Plaza in Wyncote, PA.
The 117,000 SF store underwent a major interior and exterior multi-million dollar renovation which included an upgrade of the departments’ layout, an improved merchandise area, a new separate cosmetic area, new flooring within the department sections, new fixtures and new furniture throughout. The exterior of the store has been updated with a brand new Wal-Mart signage, a freshly painted façade, a new onsite pickup concept for items purchased online and as part of the continual changes at Cedarbrook Plaza, some of the parking lot lights are being converted to energy efficient LED fixtures. Furthermore, at the Wal-Mart grand reopening ceremony on Friday, June 23rd, the management has donated two checks of $1,000.00 each to two different organizations in the community: Light of the New World – Bethel Deliverance Church and Harambee Christian Outreach.
Situated on the northeast corner of Easton Road and Cheltenham Avenue and northwest of downtown Philadelphia, the Wal-Mart store at Cedarbrook Plaza caters to more than 500,000 people within the 5 mile radius. Accordingly, the revamped store will provide a fresh and stimulating shopping experience to the established clientele while continuing to deliver high-quality products, exceptional customer service and support the adjacent co-tenancy and community overall.
