Nassimi Realty has signed long-term leases for a 1,500 square foot Yogurt Crazy store and a 1,000 square foot authorized T-Mobile dealer for the company’s East Meadow Commons shopping center in Long Island, NY. The two retailers who are scheduled to open later this summer, will complete the re-development of the former Pep Boys building on the east side of the center. Joining Joyce Leslie, Retro Fitness, Texas Roadhouse, Sherwin Williams, FedEx & Floris Spa, it will bring the total occupancy rate to ninety percent.
