HAMILTON (CINCINNATI), OH --Nassimi Realty, Corp. has announced that it has completed the purchase of the 207,000 square foot Hamilton Plaza shopping center, in Hamilton, OH. The strip center anchored by Save-A-Lot and Big Lots is located at 2250-2600 Dixie Highway in Cincinnati’s Northern Suburban market. The center was acquired from Midwest Centers, LTD of Cincinnati. Winbrook Management, Inc. of New York City represented Nassimi Realty, in the transaction and will manage the shopping center. Other Hamilton Plaza inline stores include Rent-a-Center, Papa Johns, Family Dollar and Blockbuster Video. The center is currently 86% occupied.

In the last year Nassimi Realty has also acquired Northmont Plaza in suburban Dayton, Canton Centre Mall in Canton, OH. and K-Mart Plaza in Weirton, WV. In the near future the company plans to complete acquisition of an additional shopping center in the Indianapolis market.
