ENGLEWOOD (DAYTON), OH --Nassimi Realty, Corp. has announced that it recently completed the purchase of the 132,286 square foot Northmont Plaza shopping center, in Englewood, OH. The strip center anchored by Aldi and Big Lots is located at 606 Taywood Road in the NW Dayton Suburban market, a half-mile north of Interstate 70.

The Center is 98% occupied with 20 tenants from 1,210 to 30,600 SF. Tenants include Bank One, Aldi, Family Dollar, Big Lots, Radio Shack, Sherwin Williams, Fashion Bug, Subway and others. Wells Fargo handled financing for the purchase.
