Nassimi Realty recently signed three new long term leases with national food operators Cici’s Pizza, Dunkin Donuts & Domino’s Pizza. Cici’s will take 5,500 Sq. Ft. at Nassimi’s Felbram Plaza North located on U.S. 31 in Indianapolis, IN. Dunkin Donuts will build a 2,800 Sq. Ft. drive through PAD at Nassimi’s K-Mart Plaza located on Three Springs Drive in Weirton, WV. Domino’s Pizza will take 1,500 Sq. Ft. at Nassimi’s Canton Centre located on Tuscararwas St. in Canton, OH. All three tenants plan to open in fall 2014.
