FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -- Nassimi Realty Corp. has acquired Sycamore Square Shopping Center, a 273,000 square-foot strip center located at 2208 Bragg Blvd. in Fayetteville, N.C. Sycamore Square is anchored by Food Lion and features other tenants such as Citi Trends, Gold’s Gym, Family Dollar, Rent-A-Center and USA Discounters. The property, which is currently 85 percent occupied, was acquired from Wilmington, N.C.-based Swain & Assoc. Winbrook Management of New York City represented Nassimi Realty Corp. and will manage the property.
