New York-based Nassimi Relaty has acquired Flintridge Center, a 293,000-square-foot shopping center located on Aaron Aronov Drive in Birmingham, Ala., from Life Investors Insurance Co. of America for an undisclosed price. the center is anchored by Sears and includes Radio Shack, CATO Women’s Fashions and Sally Beauty Supply. This is Nassimi’s first acquisition in Alabama.
