Real Estate Leasing & Marketing Assistant
Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Compiling marketing packages for prospective tenants and brokers as well as gathering and updating market information.
  • Assisting with preparing/running leasing reports, e-blasts, and all forms of marketing information.
  • Preparing leasing proposals.
Job Requirements
  • Prior work experience in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Ideal candidate must have excellent phone, internet, and computer skills.
  • MS Word, Excel and Outlook expertise.
  • Must be well organized and able to work independently.
  • Excellent follow-up, oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with commercial leasing language is a plus.

Administrative Assistant
A reliable administrative assistant with property management experience.
Maintenance Worker
Motivated, experience maintenance person to work directly as an assistant to the property manager. Prior construction experience a plus.
