WYNCOTE, PA, -- United Stor-All Centers, a national chain of self storage facilities, has announced plans to open a new storage center in the Easton Road Court at Cedarbrook Plaza. Construction is underway for the 100,000 square foot facility, which will include a rental office and 700 storage units on two separate floors. Two new elevators will service the second floor.
United Stor-All president Bruce D. Manley expects that leasing of the storage space will begin later this summer. "We anticipate a strong demand from residents in the Cheltenham, Glenside and Abington Township communities as well as near by Philadelphia neighborhoods," Manley said. United Stor-All owns or manages nearly twenty rental centers including Philadelphia area stores in Langhorne, Montgomeryville and Conshohocken.
Commenting on the new storage facility, Cedarbrook Plaza Property Manager, Lori Ann Stopyra said, "United Stor-All is a great addition to the variety of services we are able to offer shoppers at our center. We know United Stor-All is a great operator and expect there will be a lot of interest in their service."
Other retailers at Cedarbrook Plaza include Wal-Mart, which is expected to open this Fall, Pathmark, Toys ’R Us, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Frank’s Nursery and Crafts, A. J. Wright, Hollywood Video, Bare Feet Shoes, Citizens Bank, Sovereign Bank, DOTS, Dollar Tree and NovaCare.
