BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ, - Nassimi Realty, Inc. has announced that it has completed the purchase of an 85,000 square foot professional office condominium located within Brick Professional Plaza in Brick, New Jersey. Located in Ocean County just off Exit 91 of the Garden State Parkway, Brick Professional Plaza is a three-story Class A building with a mix of professional and medical office tenants. UBS Warburg provided $6.56 million in financing for the acquisition.
Constructed in 1984, Brick Professional Plaza is adjacent to Meridian Health Systems’ Brick Hospital and is the preferred choice of physicians, diagnostic laboratories and dentists as well as numerous non-medical professional tenants. Brick Hospital is currently undergoing expansion.
