The building is 100% occupied on a long-term leaseback by Bostwick Laboratories, a leading nationwide provider of anatomic and clinical pathology laboratory services, specializing in the monitoring and diagnosis of cancer. The building constitutes the worldwide headquarters for Bostwick.
