As seen in SHOPPING CENTER NEWS April 2004 -- New York City-based Nassimi Realty, Inc. has completed the purchase of Oakland Park Festival Centre, a 133,000-square foot center in Oakland Park, Fla. Located in Broward County, the center is anchored by Winn Dixie, Dollar General, AutoZone and the United States Postal Service. KPT Communities, LLC, and affiliate of Kimco Realty Corp., was the seller. The $6.48 million financing was handled by the Los Angeles office of CDC Mortgage Capital, Inc.
